About the Client!
The client is a Population Health Expert with a vision. And faced the unique challenge of bringing the development of their highly successful platform, in-house. The platform is a HR management tool for doctors and healthcare professionals and has continuously evolving features and content. The requirement was for setting up a completely self-sufficient team capable of operating end-to-end independently.
Development Methodology
For most Healthcare focused development teams, we prefer an Agile-Waterfall Hybrid model. Using Agile methodology allows for quick iteration and an ability to adapt to a changing market, and the waterfall approach helps us manage regulatory requirements, such as in this case, HIPAA compliance. The Agile process augmented by Agile best practices and team discipline, as well as project management tools such as ClickUp, helps us create a transparent atmosphere where the status of everything can be tracked in real-time, by authorized personnel. We offer our own custom ClickUp templates to help automate Business Requirement Gathering and Bug Management capabilities.
